  • Payment Instrument includes credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI, IMPS, prepaid payment instruments, or other methods introduced by financial institutions.
  • Platform refers to the website through which the merchant offers products or services.
  • Transaction refers to the order placed by the user to purchase goods or services.
  • Transaction Amount means the amount paid by the user for the transaction.
  • User means any person availing the services or products.

3. Merchant's Rights

You agree that we may collect, store, and use your information to deliver services or products and communicate with you regarding your orders.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and payment information for transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, name, email, phone number, address, age, gender, and payment details when relevant.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes or unauthorized commercial use.
  • Collect user information without consent.
  • Circumvent or disable security features.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload malicious software or content.
  • Spam the platform or misuse support services.
  • Impersonate another person or user.

  • Compete with us using the platform.
  • Reverse engineer any platform software.
  • Harass or harm other users or our staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

If you receive a defective product or deficient service, your sole remedy is to initiate the refund process, subject to the refund terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

7. Guidelines for Reviews

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration will be English.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon within 30 days. Failing mutual agreement, the appointment will be made as per the Act. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Parties may still seek interim injunctive relief from courts in Bengaluru.

  • By initiating a transaction, you enter a legally binding agreement with us.
  • You must use legitimate payment methods and provide accurate details.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your payment instrument.
  • You access the platform at your own risk and without virus-free guarantees.
